Senior Consultant, Pmo (Iso20022 Migration)

Project Outline:
As a member of the PMO, you will support the system release for ISO20022 migration. You will be responsible for communication, documentation, and task management, etc with systems PICs, business users, and Tokyo Head office.
Responsibilities:

• Work with team members to promote and support the ISO20022 migration and associated tasks.
• Adjust and manage master schedules for project milestones.
• Address and resolve issues, risks, and user inquiries in a timely manner.
• Liaise with the right stakeholders using appropriate communication methods to avoid delays.
• Prepare necessary materials under the direction of supervisors.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in migration planning and execution.
• Facilitate meetings, propose process improvements, and handle other relevant project tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in any field.
• Must have good communication skill in English (both spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders.
• Must have min. 3 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), UAT planning, management, and migration planning.
• At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Strong documentation, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Systematic knowledge of ITSM (e.g., ITIL), client-facing experience and experience working in a consulting firm is a plus.
