In this role you will:
- Assess bid-returns and recommend preferred bidders based on defined criteria
- Draft contract documentation ensuring alignment with O&M's, delivery systems, generation equipment and installations
- Lead the development and launch of an inventory management system, utilizing automated data analytics and reporting capabilities
- Partner in assessing quality events, including site investigations, evaluating findings and ensuring corrective and preventative measures are implemented
- Support gathering of market intelligence and be able to provide data analytics and reports to Client
- Work with the Client Operations Team and Suppliers, including follow-up and managing all information relating to purchase orders
We would love to hear from you if you are/have:
- Fluent in Swedish and/or experience in swedish claims
- Engineering, construction management or Law degree
- Appropriate experience and knowledge in Contracts management
- Able to work effectively with multiple project and management teams
- Proven team player, willing to consider and accept other views and concepts in reaching critical decisions
- Able to manage service providers for delivery of project controls services
- Able to perform work as required on project sites or at contractor office locations. Can support business travel if required
- Demonstrated record of delivering services for relevant project sizes and complexities
- Have life science experience or similar
