If you’re an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who loves to cook, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• To plan, prepare, cook and appropriately present meals to our 25 residents
• Ability to follow recipes well and have a good experience in volume cooking
• Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are observed at all times
• To ensure routine day to day as well as specialised cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areas
• To ensure waste is controlled with regard to preparation and cooking
• To accurately follow our HACCP systems
• To undertake any other tasks appropriate with the duties and responsibilities of the post
• To attend any relevant training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped to perform your role effectively
• Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
• Have the experience and ability to take responsibility for service in the absence of the head chef
