Description

We are looking for a Senior Dataverse AI Business Developer to take ownership of solution delivery while contributing to reusable assets, accelerators, and AI-driven delivery patterns.
This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with responsibility for building high-quality solutions and improving how those solutions are produced.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do
- Design and build Model-Driven Apps and headless Dataverse solutions.
- Use AI-assisted approaches to design enterprise-grade entity models aligned to business processes, including logical and physical data models, relationships, constraints, and scalable structures.
- Translate workshops, transcripts, and markdown-based requirements into structured, implementable solutions.
- Create reusable delivery assets such as data model templates, app configuration patterns, documentation structures, and setup guides.
- Apply AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Codex to accelerate solution design, generate structured artefacts, and improve consistency of delivery.
- Contribute to agentic delivery approaches, including structured prompts and repeatable workflows.
- Support controlled extension patterns, including React-based applications consuming Dataverse and Azure Functions for integration or orchestration.
- Apply and contribute to ALM, DevOps, and solution governance practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
ssential
- 3–6 years experience working with Dataverse or Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience building and configuring Model-Driven Apps.
- Proven capability in entity modelling and data design.
- Experience working with structured requirements such as epics, features, and user stories.
- Practical experience using AI tools to support delivery or analysis tasks.
- Experience with Git and structured repository organisation.
- Understanding of ALM and DevOps practices within Power Platform.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Desirable
- Experience integrating Dataverse with modern web applications such as React.
- Experience using Azure Functions for integrations or business logic.
- Familiarity with Dataverse Web API and authentication approaches.
- Exposure to AI-driven or agent-based delivery models.
- Experience creating reusable accelerators or delivery frameworks.
