Good Brother is a specialist kitchen design and installation business based in Tallaght, Dublin 24. We combine premium German kitchen manufacturing with a consultative, high-trust design experience. Our showroom is designed to help customers make confident decisions, and our process is built around quality, clarity, and long-term customer satisfaction.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Design Consultant who can build trust quickly, guide customers through a structured design journey, and deliver exceptional attention to detail throughout the sales and ordering process. This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time, understands the commercial realities of sales, and thrives in a premium environment where the customer experience matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional design consultations and fully understand the customer’s needs, budget, lifestyle, and priorities
• Create high-quality kitchen designs using CAD software and present them confidently to customers
• Guide customers through the full journey from enquiry to design presentation and deposit
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage leads, notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity through our CRM
• Ensure designs, plans, and orders are prepared correctly and processed with outstanding attention to detail
• Work closely with the operations and admin team to deliver a smooth experience from sale through to installation
• Hit the minimum performance expectations for the role while consistently maintaining premium customer standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchen design and sales • Strong ability to build trust with customers and communicate clearly
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and personal responsibility for your work
• Confident presenting and handling objections professionally
• Organised and reliable, with strong follow-up habits and time management
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with performance expectations

Compensation

This role includes a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Full package and structure will be discussed directly with shortlisted candidates. OTE: €60,000 to €80,000+
