(Senior) Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Gn) – Retention | Dutch-Speaking | Remote

OKTOBER is hiring a Dutch speaking Senior Retention Manager to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

What you'll do:

• Own results and relationships for 4–5 high-value Shopify brands (5M+/year), handling the most complex strategic challenges

• Develop advanced retention strategies and playbooks — writing your own copy and directing creative to make it bang

• Mentor specialists on the team, contribute to process improvements, and represent OKTOBER in complex client negotiations

What we're looking for (non negotiable):

• 4+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience with agency or 8-figure+ brand background

• Expert-level retention strategy and full-funnel thinking — not just email metrics

• A proven relationship builder who operates with strong business acumen and can mentor those around them
