Job Description
The Regional Workplace Manager role reports to the Account Director, EMEA C&W for the Workday contract, and oversees FM Services for the Workday account in Ireland.
The role involves driving operational performance across the account by meeting key performance indicators, delivering cost savings, and demonstrating continuous improvement in service delivery, while ensuring client satisfaction.
This position requires a dynamic and experienced Sub-Regional Workplace Manager to oversee the Dublin locations in support of a global Facilities Management contract for a high-profile and demanding client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver workplace excellence: Oversee FM operations and service coordination for the Workday client and its people.
- Client relationship management: Build and develop the relationship with the regional client.
- Regional strategy implementation: Ensure strategies align with global client and C&W standards.
- Understand client needs: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and adapt resources accordingly. Provide strategic advice and optimise C&W delivery.
- Service consistency: Collaborate with global teams to ensure uniform service delivery across regions.
- Performance reporting: Provide both formal and informal management reports to demonstrate contract performance.
- Risk management: Take accountability for regional risk management matters.
- Financial management: Ensure service delivery aligns with FM Opex/Capex budgets, while optimising resource allocation.
- Contract oversight: Manage contracts and lead tender processes.
- Team leadership: Tactically manage site-based operational teams to ensure consistency and high performance across sites.
Knowledge:
- Strong commercial awareness related to outsourced managed services contracts.
- Deep understanding of FM processes and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in the FM sector.
- Expertise in supply chain management.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and motivational abilities for managing diverse teams.
- Experience managing operational budgets within an FM contract environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships in challenging settings.
