Our Global Finance organization provides financial analytics and insights to our business leaders. The Corporate Finance organization reports on the performance of the business and provides analysis to various stakeholders to guide key decisions. Our team provides our leaders with key drivers and considerations, as they execute their strategy and the daily operations.


As a Senior Financial Analyst for the Planning team, you will be responsible for the process management and implementation of the end-to-end budget and forecast planning processes. You will partner with the broader finance organization (business finance, accounting, treasury, tax, etc.) to ensure that planning guidance is clear and that our data provides an accurate and reasonable view of the businesses’ forecasted results. You will also prepare and analyze financial information, including budgets, forecasts, and other management reporting, which allow our key stakeholders (Board of Directors, Management Committee, Audit Committee, etc.) to drive strategy and make decisions.


We’ll trust you to:
  • Prepare financial analysis and reporting for both recurring and ad-hoc management requests, providing key stakeholders with insights into the performance of the business.
  • Partner with business finance teams to ensure financial plans reflect all relevant business activities appropriately. Engage with business finance teams to understand key drivers and activities for their respective areas, including sensitivity analysis and key risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare guidance for business finance teams and financial system engineering teams to enable accurate inputs and reporting during planning cycles.
  • Communicate effectively with partners (business finance, systems, accounting, tax) to ensure deliverables are thorough and valid.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our workflows and processes; optimize to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible, including novel uses of technology.

You will need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other business major is required.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in general finance, working across core financial activities (budgeting, management reporting, decision support, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complex financial analysis (operational metrics, resource management, etc.).
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems; improving processes and driving productivity.
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complexity with a methodical and organized approach.
  • Ability to effectively manage a broad range of stakeholders across a broad range of disciplines, including senior leaders.
  • Experience in analyzing impact of automation and technology.
  • Project management experience and experience collaborating with financial systems engineers are preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary Range = 110,000 - 150,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
