- Build and maintain financial models supporting long-term planning and business analysis.
- Promote simplification, automation, and standardisation of financial processes across the organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or certifications (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) are a plus.
- Several years of experience in FP&A or accounting, ideally in a SaaS or private-equity-owned environment.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, advanced Excel, and systems such as Dynamics, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Clear and confident communicator who can collaborate across cultures and disciplines.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Work with great colleagues in one of Europe’s leading green tech companies within an innovative and international environment.
- Flexible working arrangements and a competitive compensation package.
- A supportive, inclusive culture where your voice is heard and your contributions matter.
- A flat, people-first organisation that encourages innovation and shared success.
