Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Engineer (Level 3) to join our IT team in Dublin.

This hands-on role combines day-to-day support, complex troubleshooting, and project work across cloud and on-premises environments.

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS), administer Microsoft 365 services , and provide support for e-commerce back-end systems .

Contribute to strategic IT initiatives, including security policies , Intune management , and system upgrades , while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams .

This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced IT professional who thrives in a dynamic, hybrid environment and enjoys tackling IT projects .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Configure and manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across hybrid environments
• Assist in IT projects including migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles

Qualifications And Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and AWS
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and firewall configurations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
