About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to support and enhance daily operations across transport and warehousing while delivering exceptional client service. This is an onsite role combining logistics coordination, client communication, and transport planning.

You will act as a vital link between teams - aligning driver activity, warehousing schedules, and client expectations. You’ll also contribute commercially through freight pricing and quoting.

Additionally, you will help improve internal processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting smoother workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a key warehousing client, handling service updates, operational queries, and escalation needs
• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure alignment of stock movements, dispatch times, and service standards
• Support driver and warehouse communication to resolve any real-time issues or changes in delivery plans
• Identify and contribute to improvements across transport or warehouse processes that enhance efficiency or service reliability
• Assist in onboarding new clients or services, ensuring correct setup in systems and clear communication with stakeholders
• Maintain key logistics documentation, including proof of delivery records, compliance files, and client SOPs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end visibility on key accounts
• Prepare and manage accurate pricing inputs: maintain rate cards, update client pricing files, and support in issuing pallet/groupage/spot quotes as needed

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in transport and warehousing coordination, ideally in a 3PL or freight-forwarding context
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate teams in a time-sensitive environment
• Experience working with drivers and clients to manage daily logistics needs
• Familiarity with systems like Azyra or similar TMS/WMS platforms and comfortable running and preparing necessary reports
• Freight pricing and quoting experience with a strong eye for detail
• A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and service delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00-€44,075.64 per year
