- To support profitable and sustainable market share growth for the adidas brand across the SEA cluster of countries by developing and implementing strategic business concepts cross functionally (reflecting Sales/Marketing/Operations).
- To improve processes and systems to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency, thereby addressing organizational operating model challenges that inhibit cross functional collaboration.
- (Market Intelligence) Leverage internal data sources, analytics capabilities, and external market and competitive intelligence to develop strategic insights for winning the consumer; Identify market developments, trends and new business opportunities to achieve profitable growth for the adidas brand in each of the SEA country.
- (Strategic Business Planning) Support in driving the development and evolution of SEA true potential across countries, brand, channels and supporting functions aligned with Global and Emerging Markets strategy; Facilitate business reviews, strategy workshops and yearly priorities.
- (Project Management Office) Support SEA SLT (Senior Leadership Team) stakeholders and drive planning and execution of strategic work-streams and initiatives. Communicate project risks, escalate decision points, and obtain required strategic direction from key organizational stakeholders. Collaboratively influence, steer, coordinate and prioritize cross functional strategic priorities.
- (Change management) Support SEA SLT (Senior Leadership Team) in change management processes following all major project implementation. Proactively assessing the need to drive the change (in business processes and organizational evolution) to meet the changing needs of the marketplace and consumers in a locally relevant manner.
- (Head Office) Support SEA SLT, primarily SEA GM with in facilitating management meetings and visits; Monitoring and report business KPIs to key SLT stakeholders.
- SEA Senior Leadership team
- SEA Retail, eCommerce and Wholesale/Franchise, Brand teams
- Country Channel and Brand leads
- EM Business Development
- SEA and EM Support Functions including IT, Finance, Operations, HR
- Strong strategic thinking capability with clear thought process, as well as operational skills
- High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge
- Effective communication skills and high personal impact to influence cross functionally
- Proven project management skills
- Open minded and agile adaption to changes
- MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint: Advanced
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
- Minimum 8 years finance / commercial / project and change management related experience in a in a matrixed multi-channel sales organization or consultancy
- University degree in business preferably with finance, marketing or sales.
- Industry: Preferably in apparel/footwear/fashion or FMCG industry
