This role drives a strong risk culture across the bank through collaboration and constructive challenges. Take a leadership position through influence and coaching, using your experience in risk management.

• Provide expertise and advice to the business on continuity management policy and related standards and guidance documents.
• Proactively support and challenge the ASB Group in achieving robust and fit for purpose continuity and response plans to business disruption events.
• Proactively drive the strategic direction of the Business Resilience function for the ASB Group.

We are looking for a strategic risk management professional who is passionate and highly driven to deliver results and brings a new energy to the team! A curious individual who thrives in an environment where critical thinking and problem solving is valued. Our team have strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence at a senior level. This role also draws on change and project management attributes.
