Job Description:
- Manage the planning and development of projects.
- Develop mechanical and/or electrical engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.
- Responsible for designing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct project assessments and is able to provide feasible and creative solutions based on the assessment results.
- Participate in the tendering process and assist with the projects' costs and budgets.
- Plan the team's manpower and provide on-the-job coaching to junior staff.
- Meticulous and highly detail-oriented.
- Has a keen interest to incorporate new technologies into engineering design projects.
- Excellent knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical engineering fields
- Analytical.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills crucial for engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Required to work both in office and at project sites
