We are looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager to drive growth with Google Cloud by leading strategic co-sell motions, industry alignment, joint go-to-market execution, and revenue expansion across key enterprise accounts. The Senior Partner Sales Manager acts as a strategic business leader charged with expanding EPAM's Google Cloud business through co-sell engagement, pipeline creation, marketplace acceleration, and executive relationship management. This person will partner closely with Google Cloud FSRs, PSMs, KADs, GCC, Industry Directors, Enterprise Sales Leaders, Customer Engineers, Co-Sell Leaders, and Partner Development Managers to discover, shape, and close opportunities across targeted industries and accounts. The ideal candidate blends alliance expertise, enterprise sales acumen, executive relationship skills, and a thorough grasp of cloud transformation and Google Cloud's ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Own and carry out the Google Cloud growth strategy across designated industries and regions
- Establish and sustain executive-level relationships within Google Cloud sales, industry, alliance, and leadership organizations
- Build and execute joint business plans matched to Google Cloud priorities and market opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Google Cloud field sellers and partner teams
- Generate sourced, influenced, and co-sell pipeline together with Google Cloud
- Create and sustain a strong, qualified opportunity pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual growth targets
- Spot and pursue strategic enterprise opportunities across Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI, Generative AI, Security, Application Modernization, and Industry Solutions
- Speed up Google Cloud Marketplace opportunities and consumption-based engagements
- Assist with opportunity strategy, account planning, and executive deal orchestration
- Match EPAM capabilities to Google Cloud industry priorities across Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Energy & Utilities
- Work with industry leaders to develop differentiated offerings and solution accelerators
- Create industry-specific value propositions and customer success stories
- Form trusted relationships with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), Key Account Directors (KADs), Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Enterprise Account Executives, Industry Managing Directors, Customer Engineering Leaders, Co-Sell Leaders, and Regional Sales Directors
- Enable executive alignment between EPAM and Google Cloud leadership teams
- Organize Quarterly Business Reviews and executive governance meetings
- Partner with marketing teams on joint campaigns, events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences
- Drive the use of Google funding programs, such as MDF, PPF, DAF, PSF, RAMP, and related investment mechanisms
- Assist in developing joint thought leadership and industry-focused market campaigns
- Educate EPAM sales teams about Google Cloud priorities, programs, incentives, and GTM plays
- Support account mapping and opportunity planning across strategic accounts
- Collaborate with delivery, solutions, and industry teams to guarantee alignment and execution
- Serve as the voice of Google Cloud internally and the voice of EPAM within Google
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, partner sales, alliances, or business development
- 5+ years of direct experience working with Google Cloud or hyperscaler ecosystems
- Proven track record driving cloud-related revenue growth and pipeline generation
- Experience selling or influencing consulting services, managed services, cloud transformation, or technology solutions
- Strong executive presence with a history of engaging C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships across complex matrixed organizations
Nice to have
- Experience within a global systems integrator, consulting firm, cloud partner, or technology services organization
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Partner Advantage and Marketplace programs
- Comprehension of cloud consumption models and partner economics
- Knowledge of Data & AI, Generative AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Application Modernization solution areas
- Industry expertise in one or more strategic vertical markets

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $110,000 - $185,000.
