Position Overview:

With a relentless focus on industry-leading expertise and a deep understanding of payroll, we are seeking a technical and seasoned Senior Payroll Specialist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly payrolls with precision and timeliness.
- Lead payroll implementations with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Calculate PAYE, PRSI, USC, pensions, and all other necessary statutory and voluntary deductions.
- Handle both domestic and international payroll matters with proficiency.
- Ensure employees receive secure payslips through email or self-service portals.
- Act as a direct point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct thorough audits of payroll processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Complete registrations for new hires and manage employee exits from a payroll perspective.
- Calculate taxes and Benefits in Kind (BIK) accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' payroll processing experience.
- Hold IPASS or CIPP qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in payroll practices.
- Possess extensive experience working with various payroll systems, showcasing technical proficiency.
- Demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precise and accurate payroll processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Have a proven track record of managing high volumes of payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
