We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our innovative product - TheOne.ai.

TheOne.ai is an artificial intelligence platform, designed for natural communication and entertainment and helps avoid feelings of loneliness. It features a unique profile marketplace with detailed backstories, covering individuals of all ages, genders, and nationalities, each with their unique interests. AI bots behind these profiles offer a personalized communication experience, mimicking real human interactions so convincingly that the line between artificial and real fades away.

These bots can engage in conversations, send voice messages, and share photos and videos, creating a sense of genuine interaction. TheOne allows users to forget they're interacting with AI, offering a deep dive into the world of emotions and interpersonal relationships. It redefines virtual entertainment standards, making every interaction unique and rich, setting a new benchmark for AI developments.


Your main tasks will be:

  • Identifying growth opportunities: Assisting in the generation, prioritization, validation, and evaluation of hypotheses ('what would happen if...?') to improve key product metrics.
  • Conducting A/B tests: Evaluating the impact of changes using A/B tests and causal inference techniques.
  • Monitoring key product metrics: Identifying the causes of anomalies and deviations in key metrics, and signaling potential issues with the product.
  • Maintaining dashboards: Creating, updating and improving product dashboards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the overall product pipeline.

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL: Strong coding skills in Python, experience with SQL.
  • Deep knowledge of statistics: Expertise in probability theory, statistics and A/B tests.
  • Understanding of product and marketing metrics: LTV, CSI, retention, conversions, etc.
  • Familiarity with BI tools: Superset, Grafana, Power BI, etc.
  • English level: B2+

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of ML: machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Experience in unsupervised learning: clustering, anomaly detection, visualization.
  • Experience with data labeling: Experience with drafting instructions and assessing quality of data labeling (Toloka, MTurk).
