Senior Product Designer

Are you someone who voices new ideas and acts on them? Do you value great communication with all stakeholders? We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Designer who can function as a design lead for the Payments team and contribute to strategic product initiatives.

Finshark is an open banking company unlocking payments and financial data products for all businesses. By removing friction from the legacy processes behind payments, checkouts, and within the financial services industry, it powers the breeziest customer experiences in finance.

Founded in Sweden in 2019 and currently employing talents in four different European countries, Finshark turns open banking into customer successes.

The role.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Designer to take on a leadership role within the Payments team and play a key part in shaping strategic product initiatives. You will need to be able to paint with broad strokes when exploring new directions, and get into the nitty gritty details when required. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Product.

What you'll do.

• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to build a strong product
• Continuously assist in finding future ideas that improves the experience
• Deliver all things design - both long-term ideas, as well as what is needed from the team on a weekly basis
• Evolve the design framework in collaboration with your design colleagues
• Build and manage Product Design Team.
  

Who you are.

• 5+ years experience in product design with a clear track record of impact
• Impeccably high standards for our product design
• Lead with curiosity
• Passionate about understanding products and their users
• Can balance visionary work with detailed and speedy hands-on design work
• A good communicator that easily builds connection and trust with teams and stakeholders
• Ready to take a stance, but can be pragmatic when it comes to how products evolve
