Senior Product Designer - Ui/Ux

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces and user experiences for our core products

• • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs

• • Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• • Advocate for user needs and champion design best practices
• • Iterate based on user feedback and analytics

• What We're Looking For

• • 5+ years of product design experience
• • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
• • Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
• • Understanding of design systems and component libraries
• • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• • Passion for user-centered design
• • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders

• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and metrics
• Maintain design consistency across our product ecosystem
• Participate in design critiques and mentor junior designers

About You

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and execution
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
