YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Program Manager – Customer Representative, you will lead a team of Program Managers dedicated to specific customers, ensuring flawless execution of programs in line with Versigent standards while driving excellence, customer focus, and continuous development of program management capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers dedicated to assigned customers
• Ensure end‑to‑end execution of customer programs in line with Aptiv program management processes
• Govern program management standards, processes, and strategic planning
• Ensure availability and allocation of resources to support successful launches
• Drive flawless launch performance and monitor key program KPIs (QVC, P&S Plan, attrition, PM development metrics)
• Assure proper program execution, risk management, and timely escalation of issues
• Monitor and control execution of programs within customer groups, including preparation and delivery of Project Reviews
• Lead and coordinate Launch Readiness Review meetings and provide clear launch status updates
• Ensure Program Management Systems (PDP, KPM, etc.) are consistently implemented across all programs
• Participate in Flow 3 activities and ensure assumptions are realistic, committed, and achievable
• Support, coach, and guide Program Managers in developing and executing robust project plans
• Identify future Program Managers in cooperation with the Cluster Program Management Leader
• Define and follow up on PBP performance evaluations for Program Managers
• Ensure effective communication with the PM Director on progress, risks, and barriers
• Participate in staff meetings and relevant cross‑functional leadership forums

YOUR BACKGROUND

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership experience with direct and indirect team management
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles and complex automotive programs
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and launch processes
• Excellent communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Swedish language skills (highly desirable)
