Where will you be in the organization?
The Network product team is delivering global network solution to the AXA Group in three product family (End User connectivity, DC, Security).
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead and drive complex international projects across diverse teams and cultures. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage governance structures involving C-level executives while fostering collaboration and team spirit within a multicultural environment.

Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage multiple high-impact programs with a focus on international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with C-level executives and stakeholders across various regions.
- Develop and implement program strategies, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Facilitate regular updates and presentations for executive leadership to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies, promoting a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
Expected skills & experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a significant portion in an international context.
- Extensive experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale international projects.
- Familiar with Network environment (have already managed Network projects), ability to understand the technologies. Security knowledge is highly appreciated.
- Experience in process improvement and organizational transformation.
- Experience in agile methodologies is highly appreciated.
Technical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com).
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and governance structures, particularly at the executive level.
Soft skills / transversal skills
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse teams and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience working in international environments and understanding various cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to various stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- A strong team spirit, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards common goals.
- Adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to challenges and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Ability to work in tight planning (matrix environment, work with senior executives).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, reflecting the multicultural nature of the role.
