Day to Day

The Senior Program Manager, Partnerships drives the planning, execution, and optimization of brand partnership programs that accelerate growth, deepen strategic relationships, and amplify brand impact. You will operationalize partner strategies into scalable programs, coordinate complex workstreams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Brand and, Comms to deliver measurable outcomes tied to pipeline, adoption, and executive engagement.

Program Strategy & Planning
Translate partner strategy into prioritized program roadmaps, charters, and OKRs.
Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budget.
Establish governance (cadences, decision logs, risk registers, RACI).
Execution & Delivery
Lead day-to-day program management across multiple initiatives (co-marketing, sponsorships, integrations, co-selling motions, executive forums).
Drive cross-functional alignment, unblock issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Standardize workflows, templates, SLAs, and intake processes for scale.
Partner Enablement & Activation
Build and maintain playbooks for onboarding, enablement, and joint activation.
Coordinate assets and campaigns (positioning, messaging, content, creative, events).
Manage deliverables tracking, approvals, and quality control.
Measurement & Insights
Define and report KPIs (e.g., sourced/influenced pipeline, partner ROI, program NPS, engagement).
Build dashboards, post-mortems, and continuous-improvement plans.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Serve as the program PMO for internal leaders and external partners; facilitate exec updates.
Manage agencies/vendors, SOWs, and procurement with Legal/Finance alignment.
Maintain clear documentation: briefs, runbooks, decisions, and retrospectives.

Skills/Competencies

Proven track record delivering multi-workstream programs with cross-functional business partners.
Exceptional operational rigor: roadmapping, dependency management, risk mitigation, budgeting.
Excellent communication and partner management; executive-ready written and verbal skills.
Data-driven with proficiency in building KPI frameworks and reporting.
Tools: CRM/marketing and collaboration stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Asana/Jira, Tableau/Looker, Google Workspace).
Travel up to 20–30% for partner meetings, events, and program activations.

Salary Range Transparency

Ireland Remote Salary range - 73,000 EUR - 109,000 EUR annually
