Senior Sales Manager

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 06:00 pm
• Saturday, 08:00 am to 01:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.
• Provide training and professional development to sales team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure team alignment with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded through effective pipeline management.
• Explore and capitalise on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and market analysis.
• Ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong network in the industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
