Senior Supervisor

Role Responsibilities

• Opening duties – Counting safe, turning on projection
• Morning Walkaround/Fire Log and Morning Paperwork
• Ensuring audience satisfaction
• Implementation of the cinema customer relations policies
• Responding to customer’s comments and queries in a professional manner
• Driving work standards among the team and managing staff performance
• Implementing all procedures and incentives as directed by the General Manager and in cooperation with the Management Team
• Highly accurate cash handling and stock control
• Closing duties – Cashing up, Counting safe and filling out all appropriate reports
• Emailing all appropriate reports to their respective recipients

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
