The Role

• Target Driven: Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Own Your KPIs: Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Build Relationships: Handle objections like a pro to secure high-quality results.
• Be Part of a Team: Work together to achieve our goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience: Minimum 12 months in a sales or target-driven role (Call Centre, Retail, etc.) is required.
• Track Record: Proven ability to hit your sales targets.
• Mindset: A positive, "win-the-day" attitude with a proactive approach to self-improvement.
• Location/Legal: Must be able to reliably commute to Swords, hold Irish Work Authorisation, with fluent English.
