*Job Description*

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Temenos Transact (T24) Developer with 9+ years of hands-on development expertise in Temenos Core Banking. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency across Temenos frameworks, a deep understanding of core banking modules, and the ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. This role involves leading development activities, solution design, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technology streams.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead end-to-end development activities for Temenos Transact (T24) across multiple modules.

* Design, develop, and enhance Temenos solutions using: T24 Core & Wealth modules TAFJ / TAFJ-based frameworks jBASE / InfoBasic / Java Analyze functional specifications (FS/FRD) and convert them into detailed technical specifications and high-quality code.

* Develop and maintain: Core banking interfaces COB routines / batch programs Enquiries, versions, reports Local developments (LD), integrations, enhancements

* Collaborate with functional consultants to validate business requirements and provide technical recommendations.

* Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.

* Optimize performance of COB, online transactions, and integration flows.

* Troubleshoot complex technical issues across environments (DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD).

* Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and assist in defect triage and resolution.

* Contribute to release planning, impact analysis, deployment, and post-release support.

* Ensure alignment with best practices and Temenos upgrade paths. Work effectively within onsite/offshore delivery models and agile project methodologies.

*Required Skills & Experience*

* 9+ years of strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) development.

* Expertise in: TAFJ / Java jBASE / InfoBasic Temenos design studio Browser technologies (Enquiries/Versions/Templates) TCIB/TCC integration (optional but advantageous)

* Strong understanding of: Core banking processes Product lifecycle events EOD/COB processing Experience across key Transact modules such as: AA (Arrangement Architecture) Funds Transfer (FT) Customer (CIF) Accounts/Deposits/Lending Wealth or other specialized modules (advantage)

* Deep knowledge of: OFS messaging Web services / APIs / REST integrations Extensibility frameworks (local tables, triggers, routines)

* Experience with: Upgrades, IRIS, TAFJ performance tuning, COB optimization

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
