And now, we're on a quest to find a senior UX Designer for our User and Payment team, focusing on improving critical user journeys like signup and subscription across our website and internal tools. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As UX Designer at Nextory, your mission will be to elevate user experiences across crucial touchpoints, including signup, subscription upgrades, account management pages, and beyond. You’ll design and prototype web interfaces and internal tools that bring a touch of UX magic to our product.

Your responsibilities will include conducting qualitative research to uncover user pain points and opportunities, validating and refining your solutions through user testing, initiating surveys, and leading user interviews. This deep dive into user needs will inform product direction and drive meaningful changes.

You'll present your design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and key partners across the organization, sharing your UX expertise to support other teams as needed. Collaborating with an incredible team of engineers, product managers, and data experts, you’ll contribute to our shared goal of inspiring more people to read.

This position is based in Stockholm, you’ll be part of the Nextory design team, reporting to the Head of Design and working closely with a collaborative group of product designers.

WHO YOU ARE

We believe that you excel in early-stage product development and have a talent for uncovering pain points through both quantitative and qualitative research. You’ll fuel and refine the team’s roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the most value to users and business.

As a designer, you confidently lead the design process and consider teamwork as essential to reach team outcome goals. Your design decisions are driven by data and real user insights, balancing speed and precision. You improve your solutions iteratively, leveraging feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes that lead your team to successful solutions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 8+ years as a UX Designer with a track record of delivering impactful digital experiences, ideally within a SaaS or similar industry

Research Skills: Strong proficiency in qualitative research methodologies

Outcome-Oriented: A results-driven approach that consistently leads to practical, user-focused solutions

Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that showcases your complete design process, from problem identification to successful implementation

Tools: Advanced knowledge of Figma

Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Language: Fluency in English

Extra super-skills: Experience from working with quantitative research methodologies
