What’s the job?

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who will play a key role in defining and delivering best-in-class digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys translating complex information into seamless experiences and has experience leading design initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will:

• Lead the design of user-centric experiences —wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for digital products.
• Translate technical concepts into intuitive user flows and interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Establish and evolve design systems to maintain consistency and usability across products.
• Conduct and support research and testing efforts , helping to validate design decisions with real users.
• Drive innovation , exploring AI-driven and rapid prototyping tools to accelerate the design process.
• Mentor junior designers , fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.

What we are looking for

Your background may be in UX, UI, digital product design, or a similar field, but what’s essential is your ability to create engaging and effective digital experiences at a strategic level.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work , including wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD .
• An understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices .
• A strategic mindset , able to see the big picture while executing detailed design work.
• A collaborative mindset , eager to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills , able to present and articulate design decisions effectively.
• Fluency in English ; proficiency in Swedish also appreciated .
• Experience working with front-end developers to bring designs to life.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Experience facilitating design workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Bonus skills

• Experience with generative AI design tools to streamline design processes.
