Senior Webflow Developer — Brightvision B2b Agency

We're Brightvision — a remote-first B2B growth agency based in Sweden. We help companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Dell, and Autodesk generate pipeline and revenue through inbound, outbound, and GTM strategies. We're ~100 people worldwide, and we're now adding web development to our service stack.

Here's the deal: We're migrating our own website from HubSpot CMS to Webflow, and we want to turn that project into a repeatable service for our clients. We're looking for a senior Webflow developer who can do both — rebuild brightvision.com into something we're genuinely proud of, and then help us deliver Webflow-based B2B websites to our clients on an ongoing basis.

What you'll do

Phase 1 — Our site (first 2–3 months)

• Lead the full redesign and build of brightvision.com on Webflow

• Architect a component library and CMS structure that our marketing team can manage independently

• Set up multi-language support (English + Swedish minimum, potentially German, French, Dutch)

• Integrate with HubSpot CRM (forms, tracking, lead scoring)

• Ensure strong SEO foundations, Core Web Vitals, and clean code output

Phase 2 — Client projects (ongoing)

• Build B2B websites for our tech clients on Webflow

• Create reusable templates and component systems that speed up delivery

• Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to scope, estimate, and deliver projects

• Help us develop a scalable, productized web offering

What makes this role different

We're an AI-forward company. We use Claude extensively across strategy, content, analysis, and operations. We expect you to do the same. We're not looking for someone who codes everything from scratch when AI can accelerate the work — we want someone who uses Claude (and other AI tools) as a daily co-pilot to move faster, write better code, and solve problems creatively.

This means you should be comfortable prompting Claude to generate Webflow-ready HTML/CSS components, using AI to draft copy variations, debug integrations, and generally operate at 2–3x the speed of a traditional developer.

You should have

• 5+ years of hands-on Webflow development — not just building from templates, but architecting CMS structures, custom interactions, and scalable component systems

• Strong B2B website experience — you understand conversion-focused design, lead capture flows, and the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA4, GTM, etc.)

• AI fluency — you actively use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools in your daily workflow and can articulate how AI makes you faster and better

• Clean, semantic code sensibility — even in a visual builder, you care about structure, performance, and maintainability

• Strong English communication — written and verbal; you'll collaborate async with teams across multiple time zones

• Self-directed work style — you manage your own time, flag blockers early, and deliver without being micromanaged

Nice to have

• Webflow Partner or certification

• Experience with Figma-to-Webflow workflows

• HubSpot integration experience

• Multi-language / localization project experience

• Understanding of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and how AI search engines consume website content

Practical details

• Type: Contract / freelance (project-based initially, with potential for ongoing engagement)

• Location: Remote — overlap with CET business hours for key meetings is expected

• Start: As soon as possible

• Tools we use: Webflow (obviously), HubSpot, Claude, Teams and a bunch of other smaller systems
