We're hiring a skilled SEO professional who can take full ownership of search performance, drive measurable organic growth, and stay ahead of how search is evolving — including AI search engines.

The Role

We're looking for an SEO Analyst or Manager (we'll match the title to your level) who can execute, report, and improve search performance across multiple client sites.

This is a fully remote role. We prefer candidates based in Metro Manila, Cebu City, or Davao City.

What You'll Do

- Own on-page SEO: keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, internal linking

- Run technical SEO audits: site speed, crawlability, indexation, schema markup

- Build and deliver monthly performance reports: rankings, organic traffic, CTR, impressions — with clear before/after comparisons

- Collaborate on content strategy to improve organic visibility

- Bonus: Apply AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to improve visibility in AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE)

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience with provable results

- A portfolio or case study showing before/after rankings, traffic, or leads

- Proficiency in at least 3 of these tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar

- Strong analytical mindset — you explain results, not just report numbers

- Excellent written English

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of AEO (structuring content for featured snippets and voice search)

- Awareness of GEO / AI search visibility strategies

- Experience working with US-based clients or agencies

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
