Five Points, an upscale cocktail lounge renowned for its exceptional service and innovative mixology, is seeking an experienced Cocktail Server to join our dynamic team. As a Cocktail Server at Five Points, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while delivering exceptional service and showcasing your expertise in the art of mixology.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression.

- Take orders, make recommendations, and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.

- Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails, ensuring accuracy and consistency in each drink.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, flavors, and presentation.

- Provide attentive and prompt service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following the bar's cash handling procedures.

- Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and utensils as needed.

- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cocktail Server in a high-volume bar or cocktail lounge.

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.

- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well-cared-for.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality drinks and service.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
