Server Part Time Assisted Living Facility

Cypress Palms is a welcoming senior living community located on The Palms of Largo campus and has proudly served the Largo community since 1996. Our team members support a variety of lifestyles and care levels, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, respite care, Parkinson’s programs, as well as an on-site preschool and daycare.

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Part Time Server to join our dining team in a welcoming retirement community. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent table service to our residents, with the opportunity to assist in the kitchen as a Prep Cook one day per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide attentive, courteous dining service to residents in a professional and compassionate manner
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room
• Assist in basic food preparation once per week (chopping, portioning, simple recipes)
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic kitchen or prep experience is a plus (but we’re willing to train the right person)
• Genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their dining experience
