Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding promptly to requests.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of service without compromising quality.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$21.39 per hour
