Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws and regulations.
