Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender / server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social, team work and customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a Bartender / server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area and server stations. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and provide exceptional hospitality will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.25-$19.72 per hour
