Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring they receive top-notch service while enjoying their favorite beverages.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for catering events or special occasions.
• Stay knowledgeable about drink offerings, menu items, and current promotions to effectively upsell products.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or other cash register systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of various cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in food service or catering is beneficial but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
