Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in cash handling and experience using POS systems.
• Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
• A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.50 per hour
