We are looking for a passionate and experienced server to enrich our team and provide our guests with an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

The Art of Table Service is more than just setting a plate. It is a philosophy that includes:

- Elegance in service: precise and fluid movements, a welcoming and professional attitude.

- Presentation and plating: perfect harmony between dishes, utensils, and table setting.

Your Role

- Provide attentive, precise, and warm service.

- Master our menu and dishes to advise guests with passion.

- Have an advanced knowledge of wines to suggest subtle and refined pairings.

- Master the basics of mixology to present our cocktails with confidence.

- Work as a team and ensure smooth service in the dining area.

- Represent the ethics and values of Lou Pécou: craftsmanship, quality, and authenticity.

Desired Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant service.

- Strong knowledge of wines and food pairings.

- Experience in plated and tray service.

- Proficiency in classic cocktails.

- Keen eye for detail and customer service excellence.

- Passion for the Art of Table Service and a desire to share this culture.

- Dynamism, responsiveness, and team spirit.

- WSET Level 1 and 2 certifications required.

Rémunération : 15,20$ à 17,00$ par heure

Heures prévues : de 20 à 40 par semaine
