Service Advisor

About Us:

Freestorm LTD is a growing auto parts repair and supplier business based in Cork. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and are dedicated to providing top-quality automotive parts and repairs. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.

Role Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as assist walk-in customers.

- Online sales, processing sales orders.

- Interact with customer's enquiries and comments across online platforms.

- Maintaining and building relationships with trade customers.

- Schedule appointments for repairs and services using company systems.

- Ensure all details on services rendered and costs are communicated to customers and process their payments.

- Organize and follow up with couriers to ensure timely delivery of parts.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Previous experience.

- Enthusiasm and the ability to quickly learn new information.

- Good Computer skills level as you will be using multiple systems and software packages.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills.

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year
