Service Advisor / Admin Clerk

City Tire & Auto (Mount Pearl Commercial Fleet Repair Centre) is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Admin Clerk to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team.

Work Expectation
-Provide customer service for commercial vehicle repairs and maintenance.
-Review work orders and discuss work with management and/or customer.
-Review work orders and direct the needed work with automotive technicians.
-Able to work independently with little supervision.
-Daily admin duties, A/R payment processing, A/P processing, etc.
-Attention to detail.
-Good computer skills.
-Good communication skills both verbal & written.
-Hours of Operation are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
- Permanent position.

The Ideal Candidate
-A skilled Service Advisor with one or more years experience that works well within a team environment.
-Experience in a commercial vehicle repair environment would be beneficial.
-Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.

Compensation
-Competitive compensation: $22.40 - $24.70 per hour for experienced service advisors.
-Plus incentive based earnings.
-5 Paid Sick-Days, 10 Paid Vacation-Days (starting), 6 Paid Statutory Holidays, and 6 Other Paid Holidays.
