Service & Warranty Advisor – O’Briens Renault Kilkenny

O’Briens Renault Kilkenny is looking for a customer-focused Service & Warranty Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for service and warranty customers, making sure they receive a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers, managing their service journey.
• Schedule and book vehicles for service, repairs, and warranty work.
• Liaise between customers and workshop, keeping everyone updated.
• Process warranty claims, estimates, and invoices accurately.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Service Advisor, or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident with admin systems
• Detail-focused, with a positive, customer-first attitude.
