Service Coordinator - Manufacturing

Job Summary
We are looking for a a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator who understands the field and knows how to keep service operations running smoothly. You’ll combine your hands-on experience with pumps or water treatment systems, your ability to sell service contracts, and your organizational skills to ensure our technicians are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field service schedules, dispatch technicians, and manage workloads.
  • Support customers with service inquiries, quotes, and ongoing contract renewals.
  • Prepare and present service contract options to customers.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality of service.
  • Track service history, parts usage, and customer records using ERP/CRM tools.
  • Act as the communication link between customers, technicians, and operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications, including scheduling tools and databases.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualification Required

  • 3–5 years of field service experience (pumps, water treatment, or related equipment).
  • Proven experience selling or renewing service contracts.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Preferred - Technical diploma or training in mechanical, electrical, or fluid systems, Experience dispatching or coordinating field service teams, Knowledge of water/wastewater system service requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
