The Role:
As a Field Service Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment is tested, inspected, maintained, and deemed fit for purpose. You will operate within safety and inspection standards while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on time, adhering to planned schedules.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Utilize operational systems effectively, ensuring accurate data input.
• Produce and distribute inspection/maintenance reports and timesheets professionally within daily service standards.
• Perform assessments and repairs as needed.
• Occasionally assist with workshop and assembly duties.
• Stay updated on developments in standards and legislation related to your field.
• Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Undertake training and continuous professional development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, installation, service, or commissioning.
• Experience in utilities maintenance is preferred but not essential.
• EUSR water hygiene card is desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with lifting devices and material handling equipment is advantageous.
• A full, valid driving license.
• Proficiency in computer systems, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety principles.
