What you'll do

In your new role, you'll be supporting internal and external service management. You will support the NV Service Management lead in governance, oversight and control of services that NatWest Markets N.V. receives.

You'll also be:

• Setting an overall vision and strategy for the business area and your team
• Taking ownership for service in areas of specialist knowledge
• Communicating, collaborating and influencing colleagues and stakeholders across the bank
• Driving the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in your area of specialist knowledge
• Supporting Internal Service Management and External Service Management framework implementation for NatWest Markets N.V.
• Establishing a culture of innovation and strategic thinking

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need knowledge of relevant industry standard processes to drive effective outsourcing within NatWest Markets N.V., as well as knowledge and experience of EBA outsourcing principles and ECB regulatory oversight.

You’ll also demonstrate:

• Advanced knowledge of one or more service management disciplines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
