What you will bring:

• Trade qualified in Diesel / Heavy Plant or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Capable of working independently in the field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A proven record that you work well in and contribute to a team environment.
• A positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to fault find and rectify hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Pride in what you deliver, hand over new machines as you would want to receive them.
• Full driver's licence.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Confidence with using a laptop, outlook, various diagnostic programs.
• Drive to better yourself through our industry leading in person and online training programs OEM, internal, and through Mito.
• Welding and fabrication experience will set you apart.
