Job Description:

Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sheet Metal Assembler. This full-time position is crucial to our operations and is available for immediate hiring - note that this position is on-site and not eligible for remote work. By stepping into this role, you will become a part of our dynamic team dedicated to excellence in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components used in various industries.

As a Sheet Metal Assembler with Complete Logistical Services, you will engage with hands-on tasks that are vital to the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role offers a chance to develop your technical skills in a supportive environment, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble prefabricated sheet metal components to meet production and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain basic assembly tools and equipment; follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Package and stage finished products for shipment according to company standards.
  • Complete production paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
  • Safely handle fiberglass insulation and other materials when required, using provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Support teammates across the shop floor and assist with material movement and troubleshooting.
  • Suggest small process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Meets daily production and quality targets with minimal rework.
  • Demonstrates consistent safe work habits and proper use of PPE.
  • Communicates effectively with leads and teammates about issues and improvements.
  • Learns new tasks quickly and takes on additional responsibilities over time.

Requirements:

  • Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
  • Comfortable standing for full shifts and performing repetitive physical tasks.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete simple paperwork.
  • Must back background and drug screen
