Sheet Metal Worker

JCPS Mechanical Ltd is one of Ireland’s leading mechanical services contractors, recognised for delivering high-quality mechanical construction solutions across commercial and industrial projects. We specialise in the installation and maintenance of technologically advanced, energy-efficient HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role, working across sites throughout the Greater Dublin area.

Role Overview

The Sheet Metal Operative will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and modification of sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

→ Previous experience working with HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems (essential or highly advantageous)
→ Full, clean driving licence
→ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
→ Strong practical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
→ Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
→ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with regular interaction with clients and site teams
→ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
→ Good understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
