Counter Help Team Member – Pizzeria (Weekday Daytime Hours)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Counter Help Team Member to join our pizzeria team. This is a customer-facing role focused on answering phones, assisting customers, and helping support daily front-of-house operations during weekday daytime hours.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and accurately take food orders
• Greet customers in person and provide friendly, efficient service
• Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions
• Package takeout and delivery orders correctly
• Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized
• Help maintain an orderly work environment and support sanitation and safety procedures
• Set a positive example by showing respect, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Available to work weekday daytime hours (Monday–Friday)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior pizzeria or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
