About the Opportunity:
The Shopper Experience Pharmacy role plays a critical role in delivering best in class, omnichannel execution that influences shopper behaviour at every step of the path to purchase.
As a key and fast evolving channel, Pharmacy plays an important role in how we reach and support shoppers. This role helps deliver 360° shopper led plans that strengthen our brands, enhance the shopper experience, and contribute to sustainable growth across ANZ.
You will be part of a high performing, insight driven team that turns shopper and channel understanding into meaningful retail experiences across both instore and online environments. While Pharmacy is the primary focus, this role also contributes support across the wider Shopper Experience team and other customer channels as needed, ensuring seamless execution, consistent standards, and integrated delivery of value for shoppers, our partners, and KC.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Channel Specific Shopper Plans
Support the planning and delivery of the annual Pharmacy (and potential additional channels) shopper plan aligned to Category, Sector, and Customer priorities.
Supporting the translation of channel strategies and shopper insights into clear, actionable execution that drives conversion.
Manage day-to-day activation with customer teams to ensure plans land seamlessly across Pharmacy banners.
Activation Delivery & Retail Media Execution
Lead briefing, creation, trafficking, and delivery of Pharmacy retail media assets across retailer platforms.
Manage retail media bookings, timelines, and compliance requirements across banners.
Ensure all activations align to brand strategy and fulfil their intended shopper conversion role.
Instore Experience & Point-of-Sale Execution
Own Pharmacy POS development including briefing, artwork, approvals, production, and fulfilment.
Manage POS inventory with printers and field partners, ensuring availability, accuracy, and quality in market.
Budget, Process & Asset Management
Own the budget management, process, and asset governance for the channel, managing shopper and retail media spend maintaining compliant asset libraries, and ensuring all execution documentation (briefs, calendars, specs, post reviews) is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Knowledge and Experience:
You are a driven, organized, and collaborative shopper marketer, with shopper experience in FMCG, online, pharmacy and/or grocery.
You bring:
A passion for shopper behaviour and how to influence it.
Experience with activation, execution, or retail media both online and offline.
Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work with intensity, pace, and precision.
A mindset that connects insights to action.
Curiosity about Pharmacy as a channel.
You are energized by creating work that lands in market and makes a tangible commercial impact.
