Site Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define clear project objectives and align expectations
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Review and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards, codes, and safety guidelines to maintain project integrity
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify that construction meets project requirements
• Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and proactive problem-solving
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for stakeholders
• Respond promptly to client concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management techniques
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders

Pay: $2,570.62 - $5,970.81 per month
